Projects

The Ukrainian Trade Center – official representative of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Ukraine in the countries of the Gulf - would like to invite all interested investors to take part in the followings projects in Ukraine:

• Participation in the project initiated by the management of company «Ukrazaliznitsa» - national railway carrier of Ukraine. The required investment volume is USD 250 million; the funds are needed for purchase of up-to-date modern railway vehicles (both passenger and freight) and equipment, under the state guarantees and liquid security. One of the leading global audit companies has conducted international audit of the «Ukrainian railways» and estimated the liquid assets of company at USD 12 billion.
• Creation of  joint ventures in the sphere of agriculture, with the purpose of  growing  agricultural cultures on territory of Ukraine; establishment of «Agricultural Industrial Park» with subsequent buy-out into property of agricultural land plots. The estimated project’s volume is around Euro 250 million;
• Realization of real estate projects (both commercial and non-commercial) in large Ukrainian cities with  population exceeding one million residents and direct participation in projects related to construction of satellite towns and SPA hotels on the  Black Sea coast in Crimea. One of these projects is so called “Western Crimea Project” envisaging development of a coastal area of  232 sq. km in the Western part of the Crimean peninsula;
• Expansion of one of the leading motor-car companies of Ukraine. Sale and realization of cars and spare parts through the vast dealer network in all regions of Ukraine. The estimated project’s volume - USD 5 million;
• Organization of a  municipal taxi company at the territory of Autonomous Republic of Crimea (Black Sea coast), with  annual renewal of the car fleet up to 4000 units, under support of local insurance and leasing companies - USD 25 million;
• Cooperation in production of high-quality drinking water from wells located in the earth strata of Jurassic formation (around 1 million years ago) at the territory of Ukraine. The quality of this water is said to be equal to the melt water from the Alpine area. From the commercial point of view, it is possible to acquire already explored and functioning wells or discuss the possibility of exploration of new wells which were discovered but not yet drilled.
• Project «Port Vera» is a large investment project aimed at the construction of a container terminal on the eastern seashore of the Small Adzhalyk estuary (north-western part of the Black Sea) which is one of deepest parts of the Black Sea (the depth up to 16 m). The estuary is located in 35 km from Odessa port, in the harbour basin of the sea port «Yuzhny», which is one of the biggest ports in Ukraine. The overall area of the land plot is 132 hectares. The local company possesses all necessary documents for this land plot land and the corresponding permission for construction. An estimated cost of the complex’ erection, including development of infrastructure and reconstruction of an access road is a Euro 270 million.
